I love Meatheads generally, but at this location I had a short time to eat and was trying to squeeze it in. I ordered the crispy chicken and they gave me the grilled (bland!). They were going to have the manager come over and talk to us to see what could be done as we couldn't wait for another sandwich, but he was manning the register and had a line. So as not to be late for our appointment we just ate the tasteless grilled chicken and left.

If you want to enjoy farm fresh beef and ingredients from the Midwest that is not frozen for a truly great burger experience look no further. The beef tasted great and for me we much better than a lot of other chains that are in the same category. Its a mean simple burger with great fries and authentic chili to go along with it.

We visit meatheads in Naperville a lot. The manager Benito is ALWAYS so wonderful. He’s always there when we come in, so he must work a lot. For being as young as he is it’s amazing how mature he is in the work place. He’s always ready to accommodate our needs and wants. He thinks about the little things, like if we need refills or a highchair. He always double checks on us to make sure we are ok, and when we aren’t he always has the solution. Once there was a 20 minute wait time and he was so calm and collected, even though everybody else was pretty frantic. It made us feel better and made us  more calm knowing there was no way he would get us the wrong order. Benito is a very special employee and a huge part of the meatheads experience! Hope he gets credit for it!

If you enjoy hamburgers and you enjoy having many different choices of items to put on your hamburger then this place is for you. They do have hot dogs and chicken as well. The fries are made fresh from potatoes right in the restaurant, not frozen. They do offer milk shakes although I have not tried one yet because the burger and fries usually leave me stuffed. The only thing I find "wrong" per say is that if you go at a busy time you may not find a place to sit.  The place is small but they do offer outside seating in warmer seasons. Overall, if u like a good burger made your way then you should give this place a try!
