**update: Finally received my refund. While I am thrilled the issue was addressed, there was a lack of direct communication and I had to turn to social media to get it resolved. 

Paid $504.90 for two nights in a yurt. After a 16.3 mile hike we arrived to a notice that there was no water available. That meant no restrooms, no shower, no water available for dinner preparations. We used washcloths to rinse off in the community restroom and I kindly and professionally talked to the front desk and they said they would refund me for one night and the credit would post in a few days. Now it's 3 weeks later. No refund. Multiple calls and messages left. No one will return my call. It's extremely disappointing as I was above and beyond kind (unlike some guests) and this is the way I was treated. Very dissatisfied with the communication.

Great place not far from the park. One star off because the showers were not good and definitely needed some love -- water was barely drizzling in all but one. We were camping in a tent.

Not too far from Yosimite park entrance. Cabins are great for someone like me who is new to camping, comforts of home while being just a few steps away from nature.

We will not stay here again.  The website photos are not a true representation of this property.  We are accustom to RV camping in no frills forest service campgrounds to full service RV parks all over the US, and this is by far the most poorly maintained property we've stayed at.  I realize it is off season, but there is really no excuse for the state of the property.  Especially given the cost.  Thousand Trails should be ashamed.  There are several "long term locals" (not camped in the employee area). Sites are over grown, septic hookups not capped and half dug up, one bathroom not working, showers barely clean and leaking all over in another.  The plus was the man who checked us in the evening was very nice and helpful.  No refunds are given for any reason.  Find another place to stay.

We did tent camping and it was pretty good. There were in the middle of restoring a number of tent sites, so we had limited options, but still not bad.
