We recommended this place to our relatives who came to visit and they absolutely LOVED it! Super convenient as it is right off the freeway and close to downtown Novato, 40 minutes to SF, 20 minutes to Sonoma wine country which was great because they really wanted to do some wine tasting. Was relieved to see how clean everything was - especially the bathrooms. We got to join them at the pool - and we had it all to ourselves all day. It was crystal clear and again super clean. I would definitely recommend this park to others and will do so in the future.

The bathrooms are clean; women’s has three toilet stalls and two showers, one handicap.  The handicap shower is really spacious and had a bench, which I used.  The other shower was really tight.  There were a lot of hooks in the dressing area to hang towels and clothes on.  There was an over the shower shelf to use for shampoos and soaps. Water pressure was good and the water was hot with no fluctuation of flow.  We had good WiFi and a good selection of TV stations.  This IS NOT  a destination spot.  The campground is a mobile home park with a RV park attached.  Most of the RVs are long timers with maybe 10 spots for day(s) campers.   The park was quiet as most of the occupants went to work early in the morning and came home at night.  There is a deli on the premises, which I did not try, but the food smelled really good, it was clean, and they had a good selection of items.  The sites are gravel, pretty level, but not level, with a concrete pad.  The campground is approximately 40 minutes by car from Fisherman’s Wharf.

Great RV Park. Clean well maintained. The Belle Deli is excellent. Neighbors are friendly and we felt very safe while staying here. We highly recommend for long term stay.
