Overpriced, outdated machines. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I don't know why this place is still open. I only go If I'm in a bind, still come out thinking why I went in in the first place. This store should close and make way for a better store. I hope management reads this review. They need to wake up.

This store does have many items other stores may not have. Still Kmart will not upgrade their registers from the 80's and their refusal to modernize has made this store a sad place to shop. Employees pay is very low so don't expect much from them either. Store is dirty as managers don't care. Customer service has always had issues there , not friendly. Yet more Kmart closures are just around the corner, as other retail giants get the sales. Kmart did have a good thing, but sadly blew it. A three star rating, as I grew up with great Kmart shopping experiences in the past. It is now a one star though. Wish it was 5 *****

Placed an order through Sears and had it delivered to Kmart since it was free. Was supposed to pick it up today and they said it wasnt received. But according to UPS it was dropped off at the store yesterday. Dont appreciate a run around. Last time I use Kmart for anything. Im surprised they arent closed yet.

This store is just the worst. I always wonder why I don't shop there and nights like this remind me why. Grabbed a few things after work - check out was slow, but fine. Headed to the service desk because I had placed an order online that I wanted to cancel. Explained to the lady at the service desk what I wanted to do and she rudely says 'Well I don't know how to do that!' so she calls someone over the speaker system. I wait 10 minutes and still no one. So she calls them again, clearly annoyed that I am standing there waiting. She starts to close out her register, counts all her cash, doesn't offer any help whatsoever. I got so fed up after 20 minutes of waiting that I left. How ridiculous. This store really just needs to close - its dirty, never stocked, and the employees are so unfriendly. If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would.
