This Kneaders is not up to the franchise standard at all. We asked for two Vanilla Steamers. What we got was a mixture of water and sour milk. It was awful. We brought them back to the counter and they offered to rather remake them, or give us something else. We asked for two hot chocolates instead. What we got was two cups of hot water with the hot chocolate powder sitting on the top, unmixed, and also sour. Their cookies were flat and flavorless too. Really unimpressed. You're better off going to the Kneaders in the Riverwoods.

I absolutely hate going to this location. Every time I go it is the worst wait time ever! I literally just sat in line for 20 minutes at the drive-through waiting for my food. There was barely anyone inside of the restaurant and no one in the drive-through behind me. The workers were too involved in closing the restaurant rather than taking care of me. They completely forgot about me. I'm never going to this location ever again. Not the first time this has happened to me at the Provo Kneaders.

I always get the banana cream pie! Seriously the best (even got it for my wedding). Always clean, good music playing, and kind employees. Not my favorite for a meal, but definitely for treats.

The all-you-can-eat French toast is yummy and filling, as are the fruit tarts. Our table was a little sticky with syrup when we arrived, but the service is quick and food is delicious!

Not my favorite location. Pain in the butt to access, terrible parking, and super small and squishy feeling inside. The staff is friendly so that was good, but only went once and probably won't go back again to this specific location again.
