There's often a long line, but the sandwiches here are good. The menu isn't so large that you get lost trying to choose what you want, but there are enough customizable choices for there to be something for anyone.
The Mexican food selections are good, too.
The back end of the store is like a healthy convenience store, which is also convenient.
I would have given it another star if the girl making the sandwiches wasn't so darn slow.

The food is pretty good but the service is pitiful. We waited almost 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and watched them restock instead of making any sandwiches. Pretty inconsiderate and they messed up an order.

As an employee, I LOVE the Blue Line. It's been a great place to work. As a customer, I understand the frustrations mentioned in previous reviews. If you come through at an off time (meaning not between class breaks or during the lunch rush) you can avoid the largest crowds and get your food pretty quickly. The Blue Line will never be as fast as Subway because only one to two people can make sandwiches at a time and we're running the Cafe Rio-esque section of the line and taking care of soups and we have to wash all of our own dishes in the back. There is a lot going on, and it's hard to get everybody's orders out quickly. Sorry. But I won't apologize for the quality of our food. The wait is pretty bad, but it's worth it. YUM.

Pretty tasty. Like others have said it's a step above eating from vending machines but it's definitely not to subways level taste or speed.

The oatmeals they make are works of art. Sometimes I feel bad eating them since they are so beautiful.

They have a pretty good breakfast menu with reasonable prices. I got the breakfast quesadilla and it was large and tasted very good! They also have some unique offerings for lunch such as gourmet PBJs. They have a small deli but most of the items can be bought in other locations on campus for much cheaper.
