One of my favorite stores. Staff is always helpful. The only area I don't like is the shoe section. Need more people in that area at all times. The rest of the store is excellent.

This is now our Go To Department Store! Besides all of the wonderful things about Kohl's (too many to list), this Kohl's stands above the others because of the employees! The people at this Kohl's go out of their way to help us. When they see you, they actually approach you and offer to help; no searching for an employee to help at this Kohl's; they are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and go the extra mile to help us; even in the shoe department, they are attentive and so helpful.

This store was dirty, I could barley walk in some places. My cashier was nice, but the manager kept pushing me to get a credit card even though I polite told her I didn’t want one. She just kept telling to me to get one and it was annoying. Then after I told her no again she was rude to me the rest of the transaction. Very poor management. Will be shopping at the other locations for now on.

This place has the most absurd restjrn policy I've ever seen. My aunt bought me a jersey from here as a gift and it didn't fit. I take it back, with out the receipt (because who gives the receipt with a gift?) So, I'm first told that I can exchange the item for something of the same price. The jersey was $55, so I come back with something for $50, and they tell me they can't do that, so I ask them if I can pay the difference on something that was $65, and I'm still told no. So, after an hour of trying to find something and I find something for $56 and I'm told that since the item is currently on sale, then I'll only get $16 towards the new shirt. Worst experience I've ever had. Will never shop here.

I was so disappointed with this Kohls. Went to get shirts and wallet for hubby. Shirts were in piles with many on the floor and the wallets were mixed up in piles I had to sort through. I ended up returning the shirts I did find and the customer service rep had to chat with her coworkers between customers. I am not going back.
