It is a Kohl's like any other.   Nothing extraordinary about customer service nor floor upkeep.  Still wish their prices were a little more realistic.  I never actually buy anything until I have a 30% coupon in hand.

Former weekly Kohl's shopper while my wife worked there, but I am never stepping into another one again.

I purchased a pair of iHome iB37 headphones ($50).  They broke after 6 months (Right ear piece snapped off, making them uncomfortable to wear.)  The warranty said take them back to the store where you purchased them, so I did. Kohl's in Auburn Hills/Lake Orion Customer Service and their E3 ruined this chain for me. Turned me away because I did not have the box for the item, yet I had the receipt in my hands, showing them the date and time of purchase, less than one year, which the warranty stated. I was so frustrated and just plain pissed off, that I left, and vowed to never come back.  I buy all my clothes and cool techy gadgets from Kohls.

NEVER AGAIN!!  I may not spend 100k/year in Kohls, but I used to probably spend $5,000/year in there. Well, no more. I am taking my business elsewhere, because of this one Kohl's store.

Absolutely love this Kohl's! This particular one is top notch. They are always organized and the customer service is stellar. Everyone should shop here. Not to mention the discounts for being a card holder. Love it!! 💜

Easy to find stuff in the store. The cashier was very helpful when I had to have her print out gift receipts and forgot to tell her about it initially. After the transaction she went back and did it with no problem and very courteous the whole time.
