Shopping in this store, finds the clerk's have not dropped their smiles. The product is in good taste and follows current trends with well known designers. 
With next number service, and frequent percent off with other promotions, your cashier not only check you out, they will explain, what is available and get you as much as they can for a less expensive purchase.
The only thing I would like to see is a sales person in each department.

Always clean. Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions I have.  The new "corners" clearance was a great idea!

Pros..... Great customer service! I love that the customer service is up front in the store, when you walk in the store!  Cons.... Too much chaos from the customers that are pigs and don't put items back where they got them from!

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores, even though I don't like shopping. My visits are usually good, I did have to wait at the jewelry counter for about 15 minutes during my last visit. I asked another employee to call for someone to help me and the member was friendly, when she arrived.  Most products are of good quality.
