The sales people at the store are exceptionally helpful. They have a nice selection of merchandise and I always find the latest styles. When there is a sale, their prices are unbeatable!

I went to JCPenny for my first time today, and wow!!!!! Rude staff! I went there for the first time and never going back again. The staff are all very rude and arrogant and lack basic profiessional skills. I was attacked and disrespected for no reason despite my kindness, and I believe it to be because of my race. I will never be going back again. Worst experience of my life. Wish I got the lady’s name who helped me and the incompetent manager’s name.

Rude staff! I went there for the first time and never going back again. Called for my lost item and they said you can come here and check if you want! Well, i live 30 mins away from the store! You should've just call and tell me when u find it! Never going back again. Very rude and arrogant.

Horrible! First time I have been to this particular JCPenney. Clothes all over the floor. 
Not just a few, lots of them. The looked walked on also. 

Trying to find Big and Tall clothes, asked some workers who were more busy chatting with each other, looked like teenagers, if they could assist me and all I got was, "Sorry, no. But if you ask a manager they could."

Since I am the customer and they are the employees, they could have at least went and got someone to assist me. I shouldn't have to search for a manager once I asked an employee.

I will never go back to JCPenneys again. At least not at 12 Oaks Mall.
