I was in there on a late Friday night, after 9. I needed help find a pair of shoes and most customers are messy so the shoe area was a DISASTER! I asked the male sales associate (I cannot remember his name for the life of me) to see if he knew where I could find a pair with the right box so the cashier wouldn't have troubles ringing them up. He found me the pair in the right box and the shoes were the same size. I've had situations like this in other stores where the associates don't smile at you. Every time I go to this kohls, I always get above and beyond service.

LOVE this place.  Great prices, kohls cash is my favorite time of the year.  Just wish they had a better Petite section.

There is usually a long line here. The product selection is good. They have a wide range of goods to purchase. Shopping here is a luxury until you reach checkout, then it becomes a chore.

I love shopping at Kohls but their customer service could be more helpful. One person helping customers the others attending to other matters. Prices are okay but i tend to find better deals and quality at other stores.

We had to do wedding gift returns and it took quite a while. The employee helping us was extremely patient and helps us complete our returns without rushing us along or becoming frustrated with us. The return policy is a little frustrating on our end of things but understandable from the company perspective. We had to get individual store credit for each thing we returned instead of being able to add up the amount and take it on a single gift card. Just more cards for me to keep track of. Other than that - very helpful staff!
