Great Service dept. From start to finish professional courteous service. Mr. Valentine made this visit very easy he was very helpful I felt I was in good hands. All the employees I encountered including shuttle driver and cashier were friendly and pleasant . I will definitely be returning to the Security Blvd location for my service needs!

I bought my car in July of 2017 and all the reviews from my mom and sister and even referring a close friend to Rodney it was the only place I could think to come buy a car from. Rodney looked our for me and helped me logically convince my mom to help co-sign. Even now after the sale is over when I come to the dealership for maintenance he still looking out for me! Rodney is definitely good people!!!

I understand it takes a few hours to buy a new car. But if this is not your first time buying a new car and you have all the proper paperwork needed to restart your car buying process, it should be a smooth transition. It took entirely too long to even complete my paperwork on the dealer end. They had one issue after the next, and way too many hold ups for me. Then they left me sitting and wondering what the heck was going on. They talked amgonst themselves about whatever but didn't include me. I called and told them I would be there at 12. Once there at 12pm, I didn't leave until after a few of the staff left during closing which was around 6pm. I was so disgusted I left and said just forget it. I was disinterested at this point. So no thank you for buying a car from them this year. Maybe another day and time.

Went to security Nissan last minute for a vehicle... It was the second dealership we visited for the day. They had a vehicle we were interested in. Met with Rodney and he mad the transaction smooth as could be. We were in and out within 2 hours. Rodney and the staff at security were awesome. Mr Biggs was excellent and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this dealership. When you go ask for Mr Rodney... He really took care of my wife in getting her in a new vehicle. Most highly recommend.

Rodney M at Antwerpen Security Nissan was an incredible help! From the beginning of the car buying process through the end, he kept me informed of all of my options, discussed pros and cons, was open to my needs and suggestions, and always remained optimistic and hopeful even when I felt hopeless.  I'm so grateful for him, Ron in the service department, and John the manager at this location. They truly provided me with a fantastic experience!
