This is my second vehicle purchase at Cornerstone with Danny Grams. The experience both times was amazing. Danny was very patient with the many questions I had regarding this huge sale. Danny made such I was comfortable with my decision. The environment in this company is everyone is on board with giving you the best customer service possible. Trust is a huge requirement for me with such a huge purchase, and I have that every time I have a need. I have been a customer for years, its always the same great service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Danny Gram he is five star.

Bought a 2016 Dodge Charger from Josh here. Helpful, friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend working with Josh but I have to change my review of the dealership experience as a whole. Unfortunately the documentation that Josh was provided on the inspection/prep of the car was wrong. I don't blame him for this, I believe it falls on the service department. I was shown a document saying the car was properly prepped for sale and after delivery, realized the car's alignment was severely out. This is in total contradiction of what I was led to believe. I am not from the area (was only in town for business and live over 300 miles away,) and had to bring this car back to the dealer twice to have the car taken care of. First time I brought it back, the alignment was not done properly and I had to schedule another appointment to have it looked at by the dealership's service department instead of the "Quick Lane" they initially put it through. Not only was the alignment still off but it turned out that all four tires were cupped and had feathering due to prolonged improper alignment and uneven tire pressures. All of this in addition to the fact that the tires had roughly 50% tread life left on them. This is on a car that only had 10,000 miles on it at time of purchase. I got 40,000 miles of use on the exact same tires on my 2014 Charger. Same engine, same transmission, same RWD layout. The obvious solution would have been to push for the dealer to replace the tires, unfortunately my work schedule and the fact that I live in a different state meant that I could no longer continue bringing the vehicle back. All of this being said, everything that the dealer did do was free of charge and they included use of a car while mine was being taken care of. A quick note on their finance people, make sure you are very clear with them. I EXPLICITLY told the individual I worked with not to order plates as I was transferring mine from my old car to the new one and was told that would not be done. A few weeks later, new plates showed up at my home in Wisconsin. Long story short, if you are going to buy a car from Cornerstone, insist on a second inspection of the car before taking delivery just to save yourself the possible headache of having to return and possibly save you from additional costs.

Came in to purchase a new car and was greeted at the door by Wayne Dietz. I've purchased 6 or so new cars from other dealers in the past. As a sales person, Wayne is among the best of the best. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase and were getting the car we truly wanted. The car buying process was amazing here with Wayne. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with this dealership after I spent money towing my truck from another one the last year. Now my husbands truck was in need of Ford again after getting a oil change done at another shop. We called them on Wed to see if we could get it in to find out what was wrong with it. We were told they would fit it in. We got it there by 10am on Wed 1-3-18, made a appointment for 5pm. We called them later on Wed and they said sorry they weren't able to get to it, but they would have it in on Thurs. We again call them Thurs afternoon with a answer of they will call us back. They did later in the afternoon stating that they were not able to get to it again. Today we called them again this morning with yes they will be sure to get to it. My husband again called them at roughly 2:45pm with another statement of we will call you back. We did receive the call and now we were told that the appointment was for a tow (IT WAS ALREADY THERE), and the dispatcher isn't thinking our F150 is important enough to find out what is wrong with it. Now this is 3 days, with another statement of come Mon we will get it in. I will live through this bad experience with Elk River Ford but they now have proven they can be as bad as North Country Ford. Pissed off Customer that has to pay a lot of money for this fix! If it ever comes!

I pulled in at 330pm today 12/6/17 to get my oil changed on my 2013 F150, I should of caught on when the Quicklube service advisor asked if I was dropping it off or waiting I laughed saying I will wait it’s only an oil change. Well they completed the oil change and tried to bill me $66 for the $39.99 oil change. After correcting the bill and voiding my first payment and charging me the correct price I got into my truck at 520pm just a “Quick” 1 hour and 50 minutes for the oil change. They had absolutely no concern on how long this took. If you have all day it’s a good deal at 39.99 but if you think it will be quick good luck!
