As far as car dealership experiences go Stillwater motors was been very friendly, knowledgeable, and has not pressured us on any purchase decisions. In fact, the sales person was so kind we have requested his assistance on our most recent purchase as well. The service department has been good to us to with the maintainance of the vehicle. Much better experience than I have been greeted with by other dealerships.

This was the best car dealership I’ve been to. They were helpful and made the process go as fast and easy as possible. I am very happy with my purchase of the Chevy equinox. The owner was very honest and personable.

I bought a used car from Stillwater Motors figuring I could trust a dealership more than a private seller and was willing to pay a little more for that reason. But I was WRONG! Even though my car was a used car, I quickly found out that they didn't stand behind their products when less than a week after I got my car and the heat didn't work and they wouldn't do much of anything to make it right. I stated an issue the original time I brought it in to get serviced, and once I received it back and drove it for awhile, I noticed that the same issue was still present. I brought it in a second time to get serviced and they claimed that the problem was something else even though the problem wasn't fixed that I reported the original time and they wanted to charge me full price to fix their ignorance and wrong doing! I will never buy from this place again because of the management that has no pride and the brains to make things right! I am outraged!

Service department at Stillwater Motors, is terrible. Purchased a vehicle from them and in good faith , serviced the vehicle with them also. For two years no problems. Then over the past 6 months, sloppy, uncaring technicians, turned my opinion of this service department, and the dealership completely around. I was determined to purchase a new Enclave or Tahoe this year from them, but no more. Not a chance. I will not set foot in that dealership again. Service Manager talks a good fight but technicians could care less about the customer.
