4/2/18 Purchased over $2500 of furniture at noon today before we left we we're told to go home and get situated for the delivery of all merchandise. The delivery guys will call when on the way. I did my running around and got home to prepare myself for the delivery. Waited and waited.... Finally decided to call around 6pm and I was advised it will be delivered it's pulled and will be delivered but couldn't say a time he said I have no clue. Tells me to go and do whatever I need to do and the delivery guys will call when on the way. So I waited and waited I got a call around 9pm. We're definitely coming had a delivery before me and then would be in route to me. I'm like okay!!! 11pm got another call from a different guy who asks us to wait until tomorrow he's got another delivery and blah blah blah.... O NO!!! I responded... He said my furniture was put on the truck first and he's got to deliver another living room set then he'll be on the way. 12:30 called the delivery guy who first called me got no answer. I called the other guy who called the last time no answer. 1:19am No call, No furniture I looked at my husband and said NOPE!!! they can keep it all!!!!!!! I come inside your place of business and purchase over 2500 in merchandise and you advertise same day delivery all over the place and assure me this as well... Guess what WRONG!!!. I'm a paying customer and spend over $2500.00 and I'm treated like this! Keep your merchandise...... I hope the other "deliveries" before me topped my purchases in merchandise sales because your loosing this sell DEFINITELY........ You just keep that merchandise on the truck and HAVE A NICE DAY!! GOD BLESS

Had a amazing experience in the store Tylee was a great help! The store manager was able to work with me as well!! I’ll definitely suggest this place of business to friends and family!! I’ll be back for all my furniture needs ! Thanks Guys !

Never again will I go there or recommend it to anyone! Purchased a sectional, was told it was "in the back" and we can pick it up when ready.  Not a week later, went to pick it up and was told they haven't carried that sectional in weeks.  The one in the back is a replacement for someone else due to a claim they filed.  Bob, the salesman who sold it to us was "out to lunch" at the time.  I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM HIM SINCE THEN!!!!  The money is supposed to be credited to our account since we put it on our debit card.  We'll see. Hands down, the worst experience!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star really. I put a sectional on layaway in August. They said it will be there when I pay it off. I paid my sectional off in November. They waited till I paid the last payment to tell me they didn't have the couch and they didn't know when they would. Then changed the story to it was discontinued and they don't hold furniture for anyone. Even though I made payments every month. Then refused to give me my money back till the next day. Horrible service rude manager. Will not recommend to my worst enemy.

Great prices.  Great selection.  Salesman/owner, Steven, was extremely nice and helpful.  Wasn't pushy or right on top of you at all at all, but was available for questions.  I bought a couch and love seat and will be back for more of my furnishing needs.
