Good service and always very clean. My puppy and I love to go get our supplies here. There’s so much to choose from when shopping here.  I took off two stars because the animals kept there are put in very small cages and terrariums. A cage for one ferret should be huge. Five ferrets are shoved into a small glass container. When I got my ferrets from here, they were practically sticking to me. They had almost NO attention at the store. There was two day old poop stuck in the bottom of a tiny litter box. Cats need lots of love and space to be happy. They act like the cats aren’t living, and squish them in a very tiny cage. I understand that they have a lot of animals, but they should at least try to keep them happy and clean.

Great location at Tower's, however, you can also  purchase their items online cheaper than in the store. They have very helpful and friendly staff as well as being knowledgeable about their animals they carry in store.

My dog and I went to Petco Christmas Eve to buy dog treats. I didn't have my Petco card with me so the cashier looked up my account with my phone number. I got the card years ago when they first opened and could not remember the phone number I used. I gare the cashier two old cell phone numbers, neither worked.  I wasn't allowed to complete the purchase. The line was long and I couldn't remember the old land line or old work number. I stood to the side holding my three bags of treats that I wasn't allowed to buy. I was so embarrassed. I gave the cashier my gift card so it could al least be used.

My puppy has been attending the training classes for 3 weeks. His trainer, Nick, is WONDERFUL. Very friendly & willing to help. He even called me from his personal phone on his day off to help my reschedule my pup's class for this week (had to reschedule because of me, not Nick). The other staff is also friendly & has really helped me with recommendations for products, training, & other pet needs.
