Mary was very helpful and the experience was great. Earlier this week I had a poor experience with FedEx and would recommend coming here over there. Surprisingly the prices on packing materials and accessories wasn't bad either.

This branch store of UPS has extremely poor service. The franchise owners charge exorbitant prices for all services and products. They are rude to their customers and treat their own staff poorly as indicated by the high employee turnover rate. The management dysfunction translates into poor service from the hourly employees who are abused and overworked and constantly complaining about the management as ro why they can't do something for you. The answer at this store is always NO! We can't do that. The poor service includes unreliable forwarding service, lost mail and packages and mail incorrectly sorted into the wrong mailbox, failure to notify customers in a timely fashion that mail box charges are due - then they will lock your box for non-payment. They close prematurely without notice.  The service is plagued by poor communication at all levels. The service during the holiday periods is even worse. In summary, if you have to mail a parcel, need packing materials, faxes sent or any of the other things most UPS stores routinely perform, you would be better served-at the other UPS stores in the area, FedEx-Kinkos, USPS or PONY EXPRESS!!!

I've never had anything but professional and friendly service at this location. Today was no exception; the lady working was helpful and friendly and provided the customer before me with several solutions to her shipping issues and then when it was my turn she was just as amiable! She took care of me quickly and efficiently, what a lovely lady!

Gave it a 1 star because 0 was not a choice. The clown bedhind the counter was attempting to joke with me when communicating with him. 30 seconds of it would have been funny and sufficient but he wouldn't stop and then he started with a snarky attitude despite my polite professional demeanor during the entire transaction. I was in a rush so I didn't want to waste time and walk out. Mistake. Three days later, my package still did not show up on the UPS tracking system. Solution...the next day, I shipped another package from Staples (UPS Shipper) on the same road. The experience was 5 star and significantly cheaper. This store should have its franchise revoked. I will contest any charges on my credit card to make them squirm a bit.
