Giving it a 4 star only because this club does something (started late last year) that none of the other LA Fitness Clubs seem to even attempt to do.  They push re-racking weights, cleaning machinery after use, have signs pasted throughout the gym reminding people to do the above and show a little courtesy to their fellow man.
Additionally, they have been announcing from time-to time throughout the day and evening reminding guests to do all the above.  Finally I've seen the staff and trainers actually leave the office area and actually go through and put any "stranded weights" back where they belong.  It all helps make this a much more professional club and I've seen more guests actually do the above as well (although never enough).  At least this club sets an example unlike any other LA Fitness in the area that make no attempt to change things.  Nice job.  The efforts here are appreciated.   Keep it up in 2018 and train the clubs in Oakland Park and Cypress Creek please to do the same or make any attempt to do so

Free weight area could use a little more attention. Weights are often strewn all over the facility and in no particular order. I try to avoid peak traffic times, and typically have no problem waiting for the equipment. But overall, the place could use a little tidying up .

Best LA Fitness in the area! New, spacious, and clean. Also parking has never been an issue and there’s a great variety of machines.

Cancelled my membership over 2 months ago and they still charging me..my friend cancelled as well same day same sales person and same time and they never charged again. Now there making up that I didn't cancel and trying to say it a different procedure. ????? 2 people 2 memberships 2 different out comes but was done exact same time!

Looks like employees need to be trained how to greet guests, since their parents did not do a great job about it! IT IS A VERY DIRTY GYM, TRASH OVERFLOWN IN THE BIN. DIRTY SHOWERS WITH MOLD ALL OVER IT! I WILL CONTACT THEIR MAIN OFFICE WITH SOME PICS. 
The other problem with the gym is that, they are using waaay too much bleach in the pool area, to the point that when you walk in there it literally burns your eyes.
They should NOT let ppl in the workout area without a small towel. F@#$ing ppl are so disgusting these days, they sweat on the bench and don't even bother wiping it off. If not using a towel, at least wiping it off for God's sake! I HAVE NEVER SEEN DIRTY PPL, LIKE THESE IN SOUTH FLORIDA!
I am happy that i cancelled my membership with these 🔧 s!
