I have done 3 Boxfit classes with Steve and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment he arrived at the studio he made me feel welcome and motivated. His expertise in boxing and fitness is evident in every session. Steve have a keen eye for technique, ensuring that every punch, jab, and movement is executed correctly to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury. His classes are a perfect blend of cardio, strength training, and skill development, making each workout both challenging and enjoyable. Steve caters to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, he tailors his instruction to meet your individual needs. He are patient, encouraging, and always ready with a modification or an advanced move to keep you progressing. Steve creates an incredibly positive and energetic atmosphere. He is full of enthusiasm and will push you to your limits while making the experience fun. I leave every class SWEATY , feeling empowered and accomplished. If you're looking for a top-notch Boxfit instructor who will help you reach your fitness goals while having a great time, look no further than Steve he is truly exceptional, and I can't wait for my next class! --- Steve also teaches Cycle classes as well! I recently did a Booty Boot Camp with Chelsea, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Chelsea was incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and attentive to each participant's needs. The workouts were well-structured, challenging, and varied, ensuring that we were constantly engaged and pushing our limits. What stood out the most was Chelsea's ability to create a positive and inclusive environment. Whether you were a beginner or more advanced, Chelsea provided modifications and encouragement tailored to your fitness level. Her enthusiasm was contagious!! I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for an effective and enjoyable fitness program. She truly is an outstanding instructor who cares about her clients' progress and success! Chelsea also teaches Cycle, Boxfit & HITT!! You gotta check out her fantastic classes. Thanks Chelsea!!
One Health Clubs is a gym that has all the facilities, space and good services in Mississauga, I changed from LA fitness to this gym because I don’t have to wait for the machines during after work hour, the gym also offer a lot of fitness classes which I enjoy a lot. Going to the gym is my favourite routine now. Roy is the best, he is membership coordinator and he offered good customer service too, also very nice friendly staffs.
Really nice gym! I would say the best gym in the area. Pros: 1. Clean: gym is always clean and people is very respectful and clean after their machines when they are done. Many cleaning stations along the gym. Also towels are always available to be used. 2. Classes: there is a great variety of classes, all very fun and you will never get bored 3. Even when is their busiest time the gym doesn't feel crowded at all. 4. Changing rooms and showers are always clean. There is always cleaning staff making sure the area is nice and smelling fresh. Cons: The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because some classes are really hard to get into. There is currently a promotion going on for x amount of classes of x amount of money.. which is really good, and all this new people "trying" the gym are packing the classes. Meanwhile the members who are paying the highest rate for unlimited use of classes should be given priority to book classes. I pay almost $160 something biweekly and it's pretty frustrating having to set an alarm to sign in for a class, and if you are only 1 minute late, you can't make it. I do understand it is also important to get new customers, so maybe if you guys can come up with an idea to balance the sign ins for new customers and loyal customers would be great
Great gym. Very pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and amazing teachers. My favorite instructor is Joseph who leads hot yoga classes. He is absolutely amazing, his energy and sense of humour are infectious, plus Joseph designs classes with a specific theme and matching music. We always leave the class drenched, relaxed and uplifted.
OneHealthClub has been wonderful with welcoming staff, clean facilities, and various workout classes offered throughout the week! I love Joseph's Yoga classes so much. It's upbeat, challenging, and so much fun. It's the only class that kept me staying at a gym for over a year consistently and I'm so thankful for Joseph keeping things interesting and challenging for me to keep going. Would definitely recommend One Health Clubs and especially Joseph's Yoga Classes! I wish there were more classes offered by him. Three times is just not enough! :
Best gym in the area. Love the classes they offer and the Gym1 coaches are the best. It's clean, it's never busy, and lots of classes to choose from. Roy is a gem, we love him.

This unique offering is what initially drew me in, and it has since exceeded my expectations, largely due to my favorite instructor Pino who is the Pilates instructor at One Health Club. Pino embodies everything one could hope for in an instructor. His extensive knowledge of Pilates is evident in every class, where he seamlessly blends traditional techniques with innovative practices. His enthusiasm is contagious, creating a vibrant and motivating atmosphere that encourages students to push their boundaries and achieve new heights. From my very first class in April, I have been consistently attending Pino’s sessions several times a week. Each class is a testament to his dedication and passion for teaching. He has a unique ability to introduce elements of surprise and new skills, ensuring that no two classes are ever the same. This dynamic approach keeps the workouts engaging and effective, making every session a delightful challenge. Pino’s genuine love for his job is palpable, and it reflects in the way he interacts with his students. He is not only a phenomenal instructor but also a mentor who is deeply invested in the progress and well-being of those he teaches. His classes have become a highlight of my fitness journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking an enriching and transformative Pilates experience. This gym, with its exceptional offerings and the unparalleled instruction of Pino, has significantly enhanced my fitness routine and overall wellness.
This gym is great! Very advanced equipments, the gym and changing rooms are being cleaned all the time. Staff and management are very responsive. The Classes are amazing, the instructors are very professional.. Sauna, pool, and a steam room, it’s definitely worth every penny! We sat down with Mr Edmund on the second day we signed up for assessment and it was amazing, he is a wonderful person! He spoke to us like he knew us forever. He made us feel comfortable and gave us genuine advice, we are so glad we met a person with a peaceful soul! I needed this energy The team is very experienced. I always ran away from going to the gym, now i look forward for another day there!
I love the classes offered at One Health Clubs. There's a wide variety of classes to choose from everyday. I recommend Joseph's Yoga Classes the most! His classes are engaging and you always leave with the best feeling. Thanks for such a great class!
