Great gym and awesome coaches! The place is well kept and has a clean shower room/bathroom. The coaches are very motivating. They make sure you do the right thing - proper posture, hand grip, timing, diet, etc. It's like having a personal trainer! The people who work out there are also wonderful! This is an experience you shouldn't miss out!!

I have been training here since my last box closed in January '15. The facility is brand new and clean with water fountains and showers, added luxuries. The programming is outstanding and they offer different types daily like strength, fitness, advanced, and plenty of optional "extras". Coaching is very good as well and they all have their proper certifications, unlike many other CF coaches in the community. The owners and coaches continue to improve upon this place with new equipment, program additions, and added hours as they understand the need to keep getting better. I highly recommend Crossfit Conquest East.

I travel to the Fort Lauderdale area for work from New England and have visited several gyms. I recently was down for 3 weeks and worked out at Crossfit Conquest East during my time there. Crossfit Conquest East is by far the best in every aspect. The people are super friendly and supportive and the competition is friendly but not intimidating. The programming is simple and to the point but I found it to be more impactful than most boxes I've been to in New England and Florida. There drop-in policy is very welcoming too. To top it all off the price was right where I wanted it to be. If anyone is looking for a new gym, whether permanently or for travel, I'd recommend CF Conquest East in a heartbeat.

Crossfit Conquest East is an amazing place. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. They are very professional, focus on technique, and also make it fun. The members are welcoming and friendly, it really feels more like family. Everyone is super supportive. The facility is well kept and clean, and it has a shower. I really like that the owners allow members to go to either facility. They have this location, and one in Davie. I have never been healthier in my life, and I owe it to the Coaches of Conquest. They truly set me up for success, and I can't thank them enough for helping me get healthy and strong!

Crossfit Conquest East is a sister gym to Crossfit Conquest in Davie and it is AWESOME! Brand new facility and VERY clean....and it has a shower! The coaches are top notch and always make sure that people are practicing proper form and technique so that you don't get injured. Everybody can participate in every workout because the coaches can modify the workouts for the beginner to the most advanced. The community at Conquest is amazing and everybody is so willing to help one another. If you're looking for a great crossfit experience, then Crossfit Conquest East is your spot!
