I tried for 30 minutes and I decided to enroll for 3 months with once session weekly. Stretching is healthy and everybody need it until you start knowing what it is. You can stretch at home but not the extent the employees do it. The location is conveniently located at walking distance of my home and I can chose what time is convenient to me. The new manager Ethan is very nice, friendly and also professional. Recently, it happened to me that I forgot the time of my appointment and very gracefully scheduled a new one and never not charging me either a late fee or cancellation one. I just finished the 3-month period and I plan to re start when I will be back to town.

My experience at Stretch Zone was transformative for me. The staff helped me discover and engage muscles in my body that I was not even aware I had! Stretch Zone was clean and well-kept. The atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt well taken care of. The practitioner who stretched me was passionate about his work, he took his time, and he made sure I left feeling fully satisfied. I really didn't want to leave! I felt several benefits immediately from my stretch: I felt loose and limber and had a strong desire to engage my body further in exercise. Most importantly, I felt the dull pain and tightness that I had been experiencing in my hip dissipate while I was still on the table! I would highly recommend this innovative form of self-care to anyone. Our bodies serve us day in and day out, and this is a phenomenal way to show gratitude towards them.

I have been a StretchZone customer for 3 years now at various locations in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This location has provided me the best experience to date.

They trick you into signing a 3 month CREDIT FINANCING CONTRACT which makes you liable to any debtor they assign to collecting payment to pay the full amount even though you think you're signing on for ONE MONTH. Just got charged another $320. Went to the one on 922 N Federal Highway (which does not have a google place yet) and was tricked by Carissa who happened to have left that store already.

I have been an athlete my entire life and nothing has provided me the stretching experience that Stretch Zone did. My range of motion and flexibility is better than it has ever been! Highly recommended!
