If you are looking for a gym that is not about image but rather a friendly family orientated environment, then this is the place. Picture a warehouse with plenty of equipment tucked away from it all. These guys will treat you like Family, but train you like a ninja warrior. Expect results!!

HIT Fitness is not only a gym, its a way of life. The trainers there are extremely knowledgeable and are focused on helping you reach your goals. It is a progressive type of system that anyone can do. They do not make you do anything you can not do like most other gyms/trainers but see where you are at mentally, physically and nutritionally and make a plan for you that WORKS. As a chiropractor, I highly recommend HIT Fitness to anyone that has a goal whether it be weight loss, strength training, power or longevity to be able to do what you love for as long as you want.

You'll never go anywhere else! HIT Fitness truly is an awesome experience from the time you first meet Kevin, Carolina and the team. The personal training truly is that. They don't stand and pose like a lot of gyms do, they work with you showing all the correct ways of lifting and working out. They embrace the whole person..it truly is a family here at HIT!

I originally joined H.I.T. Fitness to train for my first Obstacle Race. With there help and support I was able to finish in the top 15% of my age group. I was so impressed with Kevin and Caroline that I brought my wife in for a Trial. She loved it and is now a regular at the gym. If you want to get in shape in a friendly, supportive environment, go to H.I.T. Fitness. They will take you as far as you want to go.

H.I.T. Is an amazing facility to train at. The coaches have a tremendous amount of fitness and health knowledge and are easily approachable to answer all of your questions and concerns. The atmosphere provides a friendly experience with other members encouraging and motivating one another throughout the workouts. I highly recommend trying H.I.T. as they have training classes that fit everyone's needs.
