It's was nice. Nothing bad but nothing special. The Continental breakfast was run my breakfast police, but they were just trying to do their job. Overall, it's a mid-range hotel.

Absolutely appalled by the way things are handled here. If you have pets be sure the call center and it’s noted online you have them because they will check you into a room and then ask you to move to the first floor where they keep the pets. Be sure you make sure they haven’t made up a non exsistant pet weight limit. Their website says one thing but they like to make up rules on the fly. Also, if you have an issue be sure to speak with the general manager, she’ll belittle you and attempt to call your bluff if you’re unhappy with service by telling you if you don’t like it here then just check out, when you’re a solid 18 hours from your home. Disgusted with the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the customer service.

Very nice hotel.   Rooms clean,bed comfortable,  staff polite.  breakfast  comes with room price, very nice selection.  B UT. we stayed on columbus day weekend -Sunday nite.  . The next morning breakfast time was 6_-9 Am.   That is early for people on vacation. The woman in charge of breakfast was somewhat rude ....saying don't people know its over by nine and it's  already 8:30.  Still more coming.  There were people with children wanting to enjoy the end of their vacation with their children,  as i was,  and we had to feel rushed and intimidated.   But i would still recommend this hotel. Nice

I stayed one night. It was nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I loved the bed. Overall it was a good experience
