Spring Break Week...what was I thinking! Has kitchenette. Old and not really taken care of. But bed was comfortable, bathroom somewhat clean but shows signs of age. But owner very nice. And easy to find.

This place is pretty much like a half was house/trap house for rent! Also the staff don’t help with any problems with the room. They gave me a weekly with one bed and a futon with no mattress just the wood for someone to sleep on. Toilet was not cleaned properly, sheets on the bed were very dirty and also the pillow sheets had a stench of people’s bodily fluids. So disgusting and over priced! Beware of the Lafayette!!! It will be one to remember!

We stayed about 3 days and had no complaints or issues. We were left alone and the other guests were pleasant. Cheap motel that needs a major updating though. You can't see the beach from the motel but it's just a block or so East. You get a view of a large condo complex and the pool down below.

Best place I've ever stayed! I have traveled with my family my entire life and this was my first time traveling with friends. We were on a budget so we decided to stay here. The rooms may have been outdated but they were clean and comfortable. We had the absolute best time ever. All of the workers were so friendly and helped us with anything and everything. Our sheets were washed everyday along with new towels. We came down for spring break and there were some later nights and the office was open till 4 am and if one of us forgot our keys they were very helpful. The housekeeping was amazing and she was the friendliest worker and worked around our schedule. Not only were the workers friendly but the fellow guests were awesome too! The walk to the beaches only 2min away and were were only a 10min uber to the main beach and clubs. The pool was clean and a great temperature. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially spring breakers! We will be back!!!!

I loved the Lafayette! They were so easy going and nice about everything! It is a great place for spring breakers to go and enjoy a good time with other spring breakers! I will definately go back again!
