It is always something with them. They always have different numbers when you call. They are quick to tow your car. Oh and they will tow you also if you go just one day without car insurance because you got to make sure you have lights on for your kids. They don't care about the hurricane, so nobody got leniency.  I was so happy when I bought my vehicle and that was all turned around. Business is business but you have to have some consideration for people. I can't wait to pay my car off and tell them to go screw themselves because I will NEVER buy from here again!!!!

When I first got the acct, I was told that if anything went wrong w/ the car to bring it to the Service Dept.  on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland Fl. & if we could put that charge on the ending balance. Well something, of course, went wrong; the power steering pump stopped working & when I mentioned what she had said,  she said that we would have to get Polk Auto Financing to approve & they needed a down payment to get approved by Polk Auto...I cant afford "anything" right now sssoo... I have to fight my steering wheel to make a turn without hitting something or somebody.  Also I have an abscessed tooth & a hernia from surgery in my stomach. Not having any luck so I'm turning this over to God. Lord, help me with all of this!!

I have had my vehicle for a year and NOT ONE credit bureau has received information on me. This was supposed to help me rebuild my credit and they have not reported to any of them. Anyone that says it's building their credit needs to get all 3 credit reports and look at them. They claimed it's taking longer than expected to start the reporting. Well, that's not what their website said up until Sept 2017. They took down the information from their website stating they report to all major credit agencies after I had an attorney contact them. Beware when they tell you your monthly payments will be x amount because when you sit down to do paperwork they will tell you your payments are weekly. I told them I needed to pay monthly so 1 week after I got the vehicle I had to pay a full months payment. Here recently I got a printout and my account was all wrong. It appeared as though I was not paying on time. I hope this review helps someone. If you are not concerned with building credit, then this is the place. Otherwise, shop around before you sign anything with this company.

As of Jan 18th, 2018 this company is now reporting to Equifax. I still don't see TransUnion or Experian, but I do see Equifax has my information.

I purchased a car from here a week ago, and i got to say its one of the worse decisions i made by coming here. they're very quick and nice to sell you a car but when you find a problem with your car they shrug their  shoulders at you and look at you like what do you want me to do. im financing a 2005 honda accord from here and i had the car for 2 days then my car wouldn't start up...  come to find out they sold me the car with  a bad battery and a bad alternator. and now im having ac problems and god knows how much this is going to come out of my pocket.
