Mario Polit was the best sales rep I’ve ever had a chance to work with. I went in with my husband to look at their cars, not planning on buying until after the New Year. He was patient, and helped us find a car that fit our needs. He sold me my first brand new vehicle and we are so happy with our purchase. I love my new SUV, it’s my dream vehicle! What can be said about this Audi dealership? Other than the cars were very clean for most being preowned. The main sales man is very nice and informative on the cars. Took a Lexus on test drive had to allow them to take it off the lot but must admit it was a fun car to drive. The prices are average for the cars but they do seem to have some play on them. They focus more on the one on one aspect of car buying and aren’t pushy to sell a car. I think it’s worth checking out.

I have bought many different types of cars at many different dealerships and without a doubt Audi Lakeland was the easiest lowest pressure transaction I have had. There was no annoying sales pitch or forcing you to talk price when you didn't want to. Our salesman George was phenomenal, a nice guy who won't try to force you into something that you don't want. His sales approach was informative and non intimidating, having dealt with many different car dealerships, I can appreciate that. Additionally, the sales manager Paul was fantastic. Paul put together a very competitive deal that we just couldn't pass up. We will definitely be repeat customers at Audi Lakeland. I highly recommend them they are doing a very good job. For now i am going to enjoy my new A6 !

I am so happy that Audi Lakeland is here.  I had been going to Tampa for service on my RS5, but this dealership is so much closer.  I brought my car in yesterday for routine service, and this was a great experience.  A special shout out to Ryan Charr, the service manager, and Joe Pitchford, the assistant service manager.  Keep up the good work, guys!

What can I say... they were awesome!!!!!! Everyone was super friendly...My salesman was Mario Polit ,  did an amazing job, got the car that I always wanted.. great rate, great price.. didn't think it was possible, but he made it happen....
