This was the easiest process I have ever been through to purchase a car mind you I live 2 hrs away. Chris Soto helped out with every aspect of the car purchase. He kept in contact with me to get me into the car I wanted for a great price. Also offered to meet me half way with my new purchase. So glad I choose Lakeland Dodge! There are some good people in sales, the shop, and the rental desk. Had good experience buying my car. The good ones are the only reason I gave this place a 3. If it weren't for them I would give it a 1-2. The dealership ones at the front desk that explain work needed and pricing are not all good. There's only two I like and trust. The others quote the most expensive options and if you don't know about cars and suggest the better options they will try to get one over on you. If you don't know about cars bring someone who does. Most of the small work takes a few hours. When I had big work done because my engine got flooded, it was handled poorly. I had to be the liaison between insurance, a parts place, and the dealership desk guy. Still didn't have my car for like 3 months and the dealership desk guy tried to put a used engine in my car claiming the parts place wouldn't give new. Called the parts place and they were like no you can have new and we gave not been able to get a hold of your dealership person. If I didn't step in I don't know when I would have gotten the car back.

I had a great day finding a car with Eric, despite my anxiety he made my buying experience fun and enjoyable. I'm a very picky buyer with a tight budget and he worked his ass off to find me what I wanted. I didn't have my car with me at the time so Eric personally drove me to my job to get my proof of income, and then to my house to pick up my car for trade. My finance manager was awesome as well, he worked quickly and my payment and interest were both lower than expected. They made a great team for me and I couldn't be happier with them, they are genuinely good people. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!!! Thank you Eric, Kyle, & Lakeland Dodge!

Shop at your own risk. Traded in two financed cars here. They paid both cars three weeks later than what they promised, costing me an extra $400 car payment on a car I did not own anymore, and they were $20.00 short on the buyout payment to the bank. This place has the same leadership running Airport Dodge here in Florida. I would highly recommend any other Dodge dealer in Florida. Every time my wife and I have called to try to address this issue, everyone is busy, and we never get a call back. Richard who is one of the sales managers was the person who made the lie. Then Paul the General Manager backs him up. The great lying duo

Was in the market for a new dodge. Knew exactly what I wanted and Bill, who is AWESOME by the way, made it happen!! He is such a sweet man and made the buying process as smooth as silk. He gave me exactly what I was asking for and what I wanted. I will NOT go any where else to buy a vehicle. Lakeland Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is fabulous! And when you go ask for Bill! I wont deal with any one else.
