Lakeland Toyota sold my parents and I   a car  and the manager Vince was an excellent help throughout the entire process. He was able to locate the car within less than a week, and kept us updated every step of the way. We never communicated with the sales rep until it was time to complete paperwork. Lakeland Toyota has a great manager there thank you Vince, we greatly appreciate you. We have sent three people to him since our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership not only for the great vehicles, but excellent customer service.

Chelsea has been an absolute pleasure in this car buying process. We have had a difficult time at other dealerships but she has made this so easy. We are loving out new Camry❤. Chelsea did everything she could for us and made sure we left with the best deal. If you need a new car I HIGHLY recommend going to Lakeland Toyota and asking for Chelsea she won't disappoint you 😊

I was searching the dealer inventory for preowned Chrysler 300's. I saw a 2013 with low millage and inquired about the availability. I got a call immediately returned by the manager Rita, she gave me the information i had requested and i wen to the dealer to try and work out a deal. Everything at this point was very upfront. We were introduced to a young rep Kenton, he showed us the vehicle and a few other ones. we took the one i was interested in for a ride. Kenton was very courteous and knew his product. we worked toward a trade deal and payment ,again all done without too much negative discussion .We are now the new owners of the 300. All in all a very pleasant situation.

Needless to say it’s always a Phenomenal experience when dealing with Rita! From her professionalism, generosity and just down right friendliness it’s always an easy flowing experience. She is the person that makes car shopping fun again! I would recommend anyone to Rita, especially if you like someone true and honest which in the car business is very hard to find. A diamond in the rough! Thanks again for your help Rita!!!

Lakeland Toyota is a very family friendly dealership. The manager Vince made sure I got the best bang for my buck and I was getting exactly what I wanted. I’m definitely getting my next car from there. Great staff and excellent  environment.  They make deals happen.
