I RATE THE SALES DEPARTMENT AS AWESOME!  HOWEVER...The Service Department...  much to be desired for a HIGH Volume dealership...  Purchased a vehicle last Friday with a promise to have the vehicle ready for pick up on Monday.  This was after the service department had an opportunity to go over the vehicle and install a trailer hitch... Monday passes and the sales person informs me that the vehicle isn't ready...  Service Department is awaiting parts...  Okay...  I get it...  so I tell him that I'll pick the vehicle up on Friday...  Will it be ready?  Sure.  No Problem...  So I arrive at the dealership on the appointed time Friday and meet the sales person and go over the vehicle...  Detailed and clean...  But low and behold... NO TRAILER HITCH...  500.00 dollars for an 80.00 dollar hitch means the service department pockets 420.00 dollars...  a professional mechanic should be able to install the hitch within 20-40 minutes...  WOW!  Management...  You need to take care of your customers and quit ripping people off with OUTRAGEOUS maintenance charges...  The only reason you have a dealership and job is because people need reliable transportation...  When the word gets out that your dealership RIPS people off...  Bye... Bye... job security...  fix your service department before you lose all of your customer base...

WE worked with Garrett and had an outstanding experience.  He is so down to earth, honest and not pushy.  All the traits you hope for during a car buying experience.   Sadly, we were looking for a very hard to find combination of features, and had to go elsewhere.  But, we never found another salesman like Garrett and sincerely wish we could have purchased from him.  

If we are ever in the market again, Garrett will definitely be the first person we call.

Larry H. Miller Ford in Draper was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had to date. The customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was very friendly. The building itself was very clean and inviting. They actually helped us to get the best deal possible by asking us questions to see what rebates we qualified for. I recommend this store and specifically a representative named Nicolas Shepherd to anyone looking to get into a quality brand like Ford.

This was my car buying experience and it couldn't have gone any smoother. 
I looked at the dealerships online inventory, picked out a few vehicles that I wanted to look at and gave my list to the sales associate, Rob Thomas who had the vehicles ready to be looked at as soon as I got there. I ended up going with the 2013 Ford Fusion, while it was sent to the back to get detailed Rob and I sat down to do all the paperwork for the deal. Rob was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand all the numbers.
The whole experience was very easy, I would definitely recommend this dealership to any first time buyer.

I refered my good friend to Rob Thomas to help her buy a new car! I felt compelled to write a review after her feed back. 

She was extremely nervous of the car buying experience due to being a female and not knowing what her trade was worth and getting a good deal. She didn't want to get taken advantage of. 

Rob went above and beyond to find the right car for a great price!

The entire process was very enjoyable and she couldn't be happier! Thank you Rob for taking such great care of my friend and treating her like family! 

I highly recommend you use Rob Thomas if you are looking for a new vehicle!
