Often times, we hear so many of the bad stories of customer service.  Occasionally, we get to hear some good ones. Rainforest Plumbing and Air deserve the highest customer service marks any one can give!. I have used them personally and professionally, and their service is absolutely second to none. Phil Butler is professional and provides exceptional customer service. I give them my highest endorsement.

The worst plumbers I have never used. Plumber showed up with the incorrect equipment. Spent three hours in my kitchen making a giant mess. The job should've taken 30 minutes. Wouldn't give me any discount. Then to make matters worse three weeks later the check has still not cleared.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day. For the next day, I called many businesses and only Rainforest could make it out. Tim showed up, he showed up on time, was patient, professional, and friendly. It was a tedious job that took a bit longer, but Tim didn't give up and was able to fix it. Because of Tim, we will refer and use Rainforest again.

I called these guy's with an emergency and asked if they worked on water chillers. The women I spoke to was very nice and said that they did and that she would send a tech at 8am the next day. (off to a good start)

945am rolls around and this guy shows up looking and smelling horrible, just to walk in look at my chiller and say "nope can't do it." I say can't do what? He replies "work on that" and he walks outside without saying anything else and leaves. 

I understand not being able to do something but at least give a suggestion or say anything at all (customer service maybe?)

Anyway still looking for someone to help. Thanks for everything "Rainforest"

My a\c stopped working.  Only $44.99 for the diagnostic. They said my compressor needed replaced and quoted $2032. The next day got a 2nd opinion from a local company.  Nothing wrong with the compressor.  Compete repairs for $220 including hooking up some wiring to the blower that the Rainforest tech unnecessarily undid. Seems very very dishonest
