This is the RUDEST customer service Post Office in the US, You have not yet say your concerns and she lets you wait for more than 15 minutes and I don't even know if she coming back on the phone or what so I hang up. No wonder they have bad reviews in Google because they don;t care to people. This place needs training about customer care or just be replace.

My pacakage arrived my to Memphis and I was told that it arrived to the Austin Pea location as an error. I stay in Whitehaven and I was told it was going to be shipped back out to the Whitehaven facility after the fact that I've refreshed my tracking number for two days straight and it was never updated. I was told to call the Whitehaven facility because it was shipped to Whitehaven. The manager at the Whitehaven post office was being very rude to me for trying to find my $300 package that no one knows where it's located. I just want my pacakage. It's a reason why I selected two day shipping. It is now going on a week and I needed my package before next week. These people do not care at all unless it happens to them. I'm filing a complaint as soon as possible.

Mail in lakeville townhouse is always all over the ground I always have someone else mail in my box an outgoing mail never gets picked up been waiting on a piece of important mail that I know should have arrived already.

Long line and the clerk couldn't understand i wanted ground delivery instead of priority. So i left and went somewhere else.
