Our healing services feature two award winning hospitals, outpatient physical rehabilitation, laboratory, and medical imaging services, and primary and specialty care clinics staffed by dedicated and compassionate professionals.

YRMC West, located in Prescott, is a 134-bed acute care hospital and the home of the James Family Heart Center. YRMC East, located in Prescott Valley, is a 72-bed acute care hospital and the home of our BreastCare Center and Family Birthing Center. Together, our healing network provides an unmatched continuum of care so that you and those you love can receive the care you need…close to home.

Yavapai Regional Medical Center is a full-service, not-for-profit community health system that relies solely on patient revenue and community support for all of its funding. We are proud of the fact that no property taxes have ever been levied to fund Yavapai Regional Medical Center programs or to pay for capital improvements.

I guess I should of told the doctor I was already diagnosed from blood/urine test results from Planned Parenthood. Since at that time I didn't have proper insurance they instructed me to use over the counter anti-fungal cream Until I have insurance and have a "situation". So I can get prescription strength since I live in America I need to see a doctor for a cream that is used worldwide over-the-counter.

I didn't tell the doctor and when he diagnosed me. I asked for blood/test work but he refused. I even asked the nurse who came and gave me shot and told me "luckily we caught it in time". Hearing that and the fact the doctor laughed as he refused to order any test; I am really hesitant to see any doctor. This is how bad I country is today from Big Pharma. No; this guy is just a snob. Most likely has other issues of belittle others that he could sacrifice his job to keep his ego in place.

After the horrible experience I had at the Cordes Lakes and Dewey walk in clinic If I could give the ER more stars I would. From the time I walked in until the time I left the admitting and dismissing staff were great. Very nice, funny and professional nurses. The PA Stephen was interested in what brought us to the emergency room and really took his time even though they were busy.

I’m force to give the hospital a one star just so I can leave a review. My son’s fiancé has an appointment to deliver their baby today but the hospital seem to be confuse about not seeing her in their system for today. My son shows them the paper stating that it is today but still the hospital has them waiting for three hours. No pillows to make her comfortable or a bed to lay down.
Nurses are being rude, don’t know why. Is it because they look stupid or because my son and fiancé are young.Because of them being unorganized, they take it out on the patient.

I took a neighbor in for help on Saturday July 1, 2017 to emergency. I personally have not witnessed a more disgusting waiting room ever. I was told I was in the "fast track" waiting room well I would like to know what the slow track is like? There were maybe 4 people in the place to be seen. Also there is a God awful cackle of bird sounds that is number one, deafening and truly disgraceful. I do not know whose bright idea that was but in my opinion it makes one feel they are in an insane asylum. think of a better way to handle the birds pooping on your roof for God's sake.I suggest you survey your staff I spoke with several of them and they can't stand it and for them to be uncomfortable with it speaks volumes. it is INSANE! 
I would never recommend going to this center many improvements need to be made and it is obvious those at the front desk are bored, unhappy people!

I went because my knee was swollen and nothing was working. After 4 knee surgeries I know what to do. For this situation nothing helped so naturally I need to see a doctor. I get to this 'hospital' for dr tom to tell me that my knee was a bit swollen ( it's very swollen) and that I just need an ace wrap( I already have two) and crutches. Thanks to this hospital I wasted my entire day. They also did not give me anything for the extreme pain after I said I was in a lot of pain.
