We had a great experience with everyone. When we arrived no one had approached us so I walked inside into this young man's office. He was sitting there looking at his computer with head phones on. I asked him if there was someone that could give us some information, he immediately stopped what he was doing introduced himself as Luke Lafond.  Luke was very happy to help us. We did not intend to leave with a car that day, but Luke was so upbeat and friendly he put us in a happy mood to leave with a car. We absolutely loved Luke's outgoing personality! We are very happy customers and will be back again!

I am still driving a 2003 Toyota Camry which I purchased at Lou Fusz.  I have also had all of my service done there too.  Recently my car would not start after shopping at the grocery store.  AAA came out and determined that it was not the battery but the starter that needed to be replaced.  After rush hour we arranged to have the car towed to Lou Fusz.  Warren, one of my favorite advisers, called me early the next morning to let me know that after the testing of several systems, the starter did indeed need to be replaced.  The car was ready a couple of hours later.  

I appreciated that the service department was able to work my car in an emergency.  My daughter and her two sons were flying in the next morning and our other car is too small to accommodate the two car seats that we needed.

We came from WI to purchase a GMC Sierra. Our sales rep Robbie and call specialist Megan did a great job finding the truck (which was in transit from the factory) then had it detailed and ready to go in less than 24hrs. We dealt with 3 other dealers to find this truck, & this team was superior to all the others. They went out of their way to help us and keep us informed. They went above and beyond our expectations! They kept us informed of what was going on despite being very busy over the holiday sales rush. Calvin in finance and Melanie in tech support were also wonderful to work with. It was worth the 8 hr. drive to work with this team! I would highly recommend working with them. They made the whole experience wonderful!- Patrick D.

If your looking to buy a new car definitely go see Scott Brotherton.  He made the buying experience very pleasant. Scott was very informative and helped with any questions or concerns I had. Lou Fusz has a fantastic salesman that I highly recommend!!!

Everyone at this location is kind and friendly. On my last visit I was on crutches. They were so thoughtful as to bring my vehicle to the garage for me. They went out of their way to help me with my situation. They had to move two other vehicles, so I could pull mine through. I appreciated that so much. Mike Hecht is the Service Manager. All I can say is keep up the good work. Your team has great customer service. I go to this specific location because of their great service.
