We have had nothing but great experiences having our cars serviced here. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help. Morgan Mikel is my service advisor and she keeps me informed as to the progress of our vehicles while they are in service. Our loaner is always ready when we drop off. I had a situation where a necklace fell into a crack by my ashtray on my way to the airport. I didn't have time to deal with the situation before my flight left. I called the dealership in a panic and one of the sales staff, Ron Frauenfelder, came on the line to assure me that the necklace was contained in the car and to enjoy my trip. He made an appointment for me to come in when we arrived back in town and the necklace was successfully extracted. Great customer service all around.

I got one of my cars serviced here and they are just fantastic. Customer Service is friendly and great! I drove farther to get my car serviced here because they had the best rating and you should believe it. They are great. I will take both of my cars here :)

Great customer service at reception, pretty expedited; shuttle service was replaced by loaner vehicle which was pretty convenient. They missed calibrating my tires even though that was explicitly asked to the service representative and as per his response supposed to be part of the service (Which included tire rotation). Timeliness was great, car wash was average.

I always have a great experience when I bring my C300 into Plaza for service.
My service manager Morgan is always extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
Her attention to detail and following up on contacts and phone calls should be the example that all the other service managers should be following.  When I send other friends up to Plaza, I always suggest that they contact Morgan.  As far at the service, the pricing has always been fair with no unexpected surprises or hard upselling.

Would really give a 3 1/2 rating.  Brought car in to get wheel repair and paint repair.  Had purchased additional coverage for these items when
I purchased the car new in 2014.
The wheel repair was excellent.  Paint repair was not near complete,
after having car in shop overnight (Aaron did put us in loaner).  Pointed
out lack of repair to paint chips.  Aaron told us the gentleman in paint was
gone for two weeks, so would have to talk to him when he returned.  Don't
understand why it would take two weeks, is there only one person who can fix paint chips?  These were very minor.  Still waiting for response.
