If you are looking for a new car, this is the best place in town! Go in and ask for Joe, he took great care of me. I told him what I wanted and my budget and he made it happen for me! A couple hours later I was pulling off the lot in my brand new car!!! He was friendly, helpful, Informative, and Patient. Joe, thanks again!!!

Walked in after researching the car I wanted (Kia Forte) and visiting another dealership.  First person to talk to me was Kris Portnoy, and he was understanding when I explained what I wanted, and got right to business.  Very professional and courteous, and even though I didn't have all of the documentation he needed, both he and the finance manager Joe Shepard were able to work through the process and allow me to walk away with the new car within a few hours (even though I didn't actually pick it up until the next day, by my own choice).  Received the car I want, for the price that worked best, and had an overall great experience.  This is the third car I've purchased from the Lou Fusz network, and if this level of service continues, the next will be from here as well.

Recently went to Lou Fusz Kia and purchased a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamel was especially helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase and every concern and question I had Jamel was able to answer for me. If you are in the market for a car come check out Lou Fusz Kia and do yourself a favor and ask for Jamel. ( I am sure the other sales associates are good to work with as well but Jamel was a pleasure to work with). Thanks for a great experience!

Wonderful experience.  Our sales rep, Mike Carroll, was excellent to work with.  He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns.  He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the sales process.  I have to also mention the Internet staff, Rachael Roemer, who got the ball rolling for us and made the initial contacts easy.  The dreaded financing paperwork was a breeze, thanks to Joe Shepard, Finance Manager.  He was patient, explained in easy to understand terms and also made us feel welcome.  Great Job to all.

Most of the sales side is nice.  They work hard to make sure the customer is happy.  Our sales person Kris didn't really have a clue about the car we asked questions about, forgot to send important sensitive information that we needed, and takes a while to respond.  He had to be reminded to do things that are normal procedures when buying a vehicle.  The service side is slow.  Bought a brand new vehicle and have had to bring it in multiple times already.  Each time is 2-7 days without the vehicle.  We have to contact them about the status of the vehicle instead of receiving a status update as promised.  They never answer the phone even when transferred to different service people.  Took 30 minutes of calling to get through to anyone who could help me.  Fairly disappointed with them.  We love our vehicle, but will soon be looking for another Kia dealership.  Getting the car washed is a joke.  It's lightly rinsed and then slightly run over with a rag; it doesn't remove much dirt at all.
