Recently purchased a car from these guys, and I am so happy with the experience. They are very friendly, and they don’t work on commission, so not push at all. We came in later in the day, and they helped us past their closing time on a Saturday, and made sure we were happy before we left. I for sure recommend this place to people I know. Their prices are great and customer service is incomparable

Wonderful experience here. We were well taken care of the entire time. Not like the normal "Big Dealership Nonsense" They have a no pressure, no haggling, no pushy mentality. Seriously one of the best dealerships I've worked with. I've had a couple questions about my car and others that I've been researching and they've always been quick to respond and give out well educated advice or information. We will definitely be back and refer all to this location.

EDIT: The dealership called me promptly after seeing my review and they have bent over backwards to resolve my concerns and make me feel like a valued customer. Although all of the below did happen, I am beyond satisfied with the way Todd at the dealership stepped up to make it right. They've earned my business back. Thanks guys!

I got a good deal on my car, but whoever these guys say they use for “detailing” is basically just vacuuming the inside (and not even all of the inside) and running it through a car wash. There were pieces of paneling hidden inside the spare tire compartment that nobody wanted to put back. One of my front fenders was loose. My air filter was filthy. There was sand and broken glass down where the spare tire is kept. Leaves from Hawaii in the crevices of the hood. They didn’t do ANYTHING to this car before parking it in their lot. I’ve had to do so much to it that should have been done by the time I bought it. I don’t even trust that it was given a full mechanical checkup. I wouldn’t buy here again.

Friendly, helpful, and informative sales process. Felt more like a car buying consultant than a salesman. No-haggle pricing and non-commissioned sales people means that they don't try to push you to buy a certain car. The place is quite popular and has been relatively busy every time I come.

Great prices and great selection on popular cars. Cars are priced competitively meaning if you like the car then chances are good that the listed price is among the most competitive in the market.

Good selection of minivans and SUV's as well.

Had an amazing experience at Utah Used Car Sales.  We had just come from a big dealership and the difference was night and day.  The staff (specifically Todd) were knowledgable and friendly.  We didn't feel pressured to buy like we did at the big dealership.  They were upfront with everything and made sure we understood the process.  I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a used car.  We went in and left with a new car the same day!
