I was looking for a Hyundai Elentra and Velocity had lots to choose from priced low in good condition. Easy to test drive, no pressure, willing to please and find what you're looking for. We found the car we wanted, and purchased it through America First credit union. I was very impressed with the finance team and he did his best to insure we had the lowest percentage and payment we were comfortable with. It was very fast, smooth and easy with nothing to hide. I was very impressed with the entire process at Velocity Auto Sales. I will definitely buy my next car from Velocity Auto Sales!!!

Super excellent service. Really enjoyed the test drive experience without the sales person. I like how they don't try and force the sale and that the car buying is when you are ready. Price is firm, however a lot of them where either fleet or lease vehicles so super good condition and low mileage generally. Financing portion is very straight forward and easy to work with.

This dealership cared about us and addressed every concern we had positively. The first thing that impressed me was how easy I could search through their inventory online. We could see the facts and make a decision on which vehicles we were interested in without pressure.  Ryan, our salesman came in on his day off to help us. David the finance guy was able to negotiate a good rate with the credit union. They fixed the windshield washer and put two new tires on for us. Ryan just said that our safety was important. He even put half tank of gas into the Journey when we picked it up.
   It's been one day and so far we would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family! By far this is the easiest and hassle free experience of purchasing a vehicle in my lifetime.

On 03/05/2018 I went to Velocity and had the best car dealership experience I'll ever have until I go there again for my next car. They were patient and pressure free while I looked at and test drove several cars. Another impressive thing worth mentioning is Josh, the sales representative who showed us around was completely honest throughout it all. What is most outstanding is it only took a half hour to do the paper work. We kept saying "No way, this is too easy." Because it really was. I can't fully express in this review how impressed I am with their service. It was simple and they worked with us 100%. Thank you Velocity staff for being so fantastic. I will always recommend Velocity! Extremely satisfied.

My husband and I bought an Acadia Denali from Velocity Auto and we were very impressed with our experience there as well as with the value of their cars.  They price all of their cars very aggressively.  We were there right after it had snowed and they were so great about cleaning off the cars, warming them up and having them ready for us to test drive. "Captain Kirk" was the salesman who helped and us and was so informative, patient and really seemed to care about our specific wants and needs. David Lewis helped us with the paperwork end of the deal and was incredibly accommodating, personable and genuinely wanted to help us make a deal we felt totally comfortable with. I was SO impressed with him!  We would definitely buy a car here again and recommend them without hesitation.
