I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Debbie in the installation department for her superb customer service and support. To make a long story short, she ensured I received prompt service from their contracted plumbing company within a day instead of four. I had already been six days without the use of my kitchen water faucet. I strongly recommend to any person who may have a concern or even compliment to speak with Debbie. You'll find her to be patient and understanding. It is not everyday that I find people with awesome customer service like Debbie. Additionally, please thank Keith, Henry, and Sylvia from Elite plumbing, heating, and cooling inc. for their outstanding work in installing the kitchen faucet and next day scheduling. The faucet was installed in less than 30 minutes and it's been a week and no leaks.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. They're appliance delivery service is horrible. I ordered a brand new Samsung French drawer refrigerator. They delivered it and damaged it at the same time. They also damaged the door jamb while they were putting the refrigerator in the house. Just a bunch of ne'er-do-wells. It took three weeks before they could replace the refrigerator! Buyer beware

I was looking for different sizes of shelf liner. One of the employees at customer service looked up the location and actually walked me over to its location. The employees at this particular Lowe's are always helpful and it is much appreciated.

I usually have a great time here but two of the female employees (one middle aged with short red hair and one older lady, who were having a non work related discussion amongst themselves across from the customer service counter) gave my wife and I the strong impression that they were being interrupted by me asking for help. Very short and dismissive in their answer and couldn't get back to their conversation quicker. Although I was still standing there I was totally invisible within seconds. I don't appreciate that at all. I may new a younger guy (in my early 30's) but I come from a respectful family and seeing people old enough to know better act like children at their jobs is unnerving. I hope they start greeting people BEFORE they come up to them. Even a 5 foot rule should've been implemented here but that was not the case. Apart from that everyone else is very respectful. Makes some people stand out more I guess.

This is the only place I shop when I need tools, home improvement items and materials. And they don't decide when to give 10% to veterans like Home Depot does. Every time I shop I get the 10%. The people are always nice, very helpful and knowledgeable.
