Another great experience at my South Tampa Lowe’s! I go online and find what I need. Easy, Isle 16 Bay 20 (25 available). I get there and can’t find it. Finally find someone that calls for help (that never shows). She then learns that it’s on a “J” hook somewhere in the store. She finds it about 6 isles over. I would like to thank the employee that help me (didn’t get her name), but this is a typical trip you can expect to your local S Tampa Lowe’s.

This review is based on a variety of experiences. First and worst, I used Lowe's to install a vinyl fence. Initially, the person who apparently was sales and not my actual contract manager, was amazing, Vicki I believe. At the actual installation though, no one spoke English well and they deviated from the plan Vicki and I had created which blocked access to a tree. If it ever needs trimmed or removed, we're going to have to have part of the fence disassembled.... Additionally, they waited nearly 2 weeks to come back and finish the remaining 6 feet of fence because they had forgotten part of its frame. Like many customers, I like to find what I need online and use the Aisle / Bay number to actually find it in the store.. This has yet to be accurate here. I bought a tree and it died in 2 months. Did the mulch, fertilizer, daily watering.. Tree I bought elsewhere and used the same process is alive and well.

I went into the store and purchased a washer and dryer (didn't finance, but 100% purchased). They said the earliest they could deliver it would be a week and a half later. A week after the purchase I received a call saying they no longer had that set available for me. I HAVE NO WASHER AND DRYER AND A TON OF DIRTY LAUNDRY! Then, they tried to sell me a very inferior washer and dryer for the SAME AMOUNT so they could get it to my house sooner. I immediately went somewhere else and got the first model I had originally purchased from a competitor retailer. Lowe's didn't own up to the mistake and didn't go out of their way to make a decent resolution for me. Horrific customer service. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're dealt with that shows people the professionalism of a business and its employees. Looks like it's Home Depot for me here on out.

The workers there are very helpful . I was able to get what I needed and out without spending a lot of my time . Also, I did not know that I actually needed a few more parts than I had thought, which was good of him to mention, because saved me a lot of time .

After years of supporting this store and building a million dollar home. I went to return items that were purchased, more than we needed and they told me they were their items . However they would not credit me nor give me a store credit. They told me I was "Locked out" I didn't have all receipts. That never mattered before. We have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with all the properties we've built. I was treated like a criminal! Embarrassing and all I got was "SORRY". NEVER Will I EVER Spend ANOTHER DIME IN THAT STORE. KNOW YOUR RETURN POLICY S BEFORE YOU BUY! FARE WARNING. Most OF ALL THEY WERE SNARKY AND CONDISENDING. THIS IS WHY STORES ARE REPLACING PEOPLE With ROBOTS. CLINT THOUGHT HE WAS A BIG MAN!. THEN I WENT TO Home Depot and got the best and nicest treatment.
