I ordered an item with an added $18.95 "next day" shipping, which showed an expected delivery date of the next day from the date I purchased. Turns out that the item will be delivered by 8pm on the second day from my purchase. Upon calling L&T's customer service TWICE, I was repeatedly told that the "next day" shipping = 1-2 days from the date I purchased. This was never communicated. I asked to escalate the issue because I needed the item prior on the "next day" that I paid extra for, and I was told that they can create a ticket for my issue but that it would be declined. I do not plan on purchasing from Lord & Taylor online and am very disappointed in the way that they've handled this issue. Had I not been told that I would receive the order on the specific date I needed, I would not have placed the order and paid an extra $18.95 to ensure it was delivered on time.

The best of the best! Found my stunning evening gown for my nephew's wedding. A mermaid, sexy red MacDougall gorgeous dress! I'm so happy and can't wait to wear it! The people in the City are simply amazing, and fun! I had a blast shopping and will return!!! Thank u!

Great place. Crisp, clean, white interior. Friendly staff; but not "intruding", they let you watch whatever you want without "harassing" you. Huge product range, a little "bling bling" to my (European) taste though.

I like this shop. It is really big and you can find a lot of good stuff for reasonable prices. We lost our phone there, and it was big surprise when we found it in client service. It was really really nice. Thans a lot guys. You are doing good job. Definitely will come back for shopping!!! Классный магазин. Цены тоже хорошие по отношению к качеству. Еще мы там потеряли телефон, и реально были в шоке когда он нашелся в отделе обслуживания клиентов. Так что рекомендую👍

It is my favorite place to go when am feeling dhull... the best store to find any gift or stuff that make me over all happy. I never want to leave whenever i go to lord and Tyalor. 😊
