I was helped last night by a very sweet woman named Sandy. She was absolutely incredible. She could not fix my problem but she was extremely helpful in giving me other options for the kind of service my ring needs. I am so grateful to her because after my infuriating experience with Kay’s I almost just gave up. Sandy, I want to say thank you, you really helped me out and you were so personable. I will be back and I will be recommending Zales to everyone I know.

My wife and I love it here, always greeted with a smile from all the staff here, all of them are such helpful and caring people. We don't have any complaints and have never had a bad experience here. They always have great deals on their jewelry as well.

My husband bought my wedding ring here. The ladies are fabulous. We had a chat order and it was very fast, quality service. Definitely recommend!

Terrible service today. It's been over 15 minutes and the two clerkks are still with the same two people. I'm still waiting........

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and the sales lady never acknowledged me! She's literally standing in front of me. Not where I'd make my diamond purchase if you want service after purchase.
