Natasja has been so awesome helping me with jewelry for my upcoming Wedding! She listened to my needs and what I was looking for. I purchased my wedding ring with her and she made it painless and fun at the same time! Best experience I've had in a jewelry store (and I work jewelry, so I know the industry). She didn't berate me to open credit, only offered. She was more than respectful. That's what I look for in a business such as jewelry. A place where the people are going to treat you like a friend or family, not hound after your wallet or getting credit apps. I am very pleased with how great Harry Ritchie's jewelry prices are, including their very reasonable repair prices. Overall, I highly recommend checking out their selection and staff.

I took in my brand new Citizen Eco Drive watch, new out of the box, to Harry Ritchie's to have some band links removed for sizing. Awhile later, I noticed there were scratches on my new watch and I called the store back immediately and I asked to speak to Linda. I explained the scratches on my watch and I asked to speak to the manager. Linda said she was the manager. I asked for the name and number to her supervisor as Linda was the one who removed the links from my watch. She said she did not know that information and that she would call me back. Linda never called me back and I knew she wouldn't follow through or admit what she had done. I sent an email to the corporate office location with no reply either. Harry Ritchie refuses to take responsibility for their actions and I would give them an "F" in customer service!!!

Where is the ZERO STAR OPTION?? The people that work here and the entire management itself are all completely inept. I brought in a ring to this business that my mom has been a customer of for 20+ years and they sure wanted to ruin my day... A basic cleaning gone wrong! It has been a long struggle to get my ring back in the original condition now for some time. At first there were insurance technicalities that which took a week, then low and behold 2% of the gold was missing. This may or may not be standard but if it is they are lying to all their customers by saying it's going to be returned in better condition. After many phone calls with stubborn management they finally said they would replace the gold. Now a month later of service and the ring still is missing the gold! I've also been paying for a a "customized" ring that has been at the jeweler's for 2 months because they incorrectly sized it. They say I cannot return it because it's customized. Never going here again.

Was calling to find a quote on gold, 22kt at 3 oz, they offered around $1800. which is a horrible rate. She asked what I was getting offered at the local pawn shops, between 70%-80% of spot, so roughly $2800. - $3200. At which point she gave me a snide answer and said I should go there.... Thank you. I probably will find a more agreeable jeweler instead......
