The lady who sold me my ring was way nice when I came in the first time. She was very misleading, however. When I went back to get my ring sized and soldered and replace the diamonds with another color, which she led me to believe would be included in the deal we made, I felt like an inconvenience to her and left very disappointed and angry.

My husband and I went in looking for a ring for myself for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time, found the perfect ring and actually bought my husband a new wedding band too. The service was excellent! They made us feel like family and we highly recommend them.

By far the worst experience ever I bought my girlfriend a promise ring I spent $364 on the ring at the time it was all i could afford I couldn't get the warranty until the following month the man told me that's fine so a month later I returned to the jewelery store and asked to get the warranty they proceed to tell me it has to be purchased when the ring was purchased I told the man that the other guy had told me different so they had the guy comeover and he said it was his fault so they honored the warranty and told me to come back in 6 months for a cleaning and checkup I came back a little passed 4 months later because a diamond fell out I tell them I needed the ring fixed they tell me well we can't because the warranty was started back when I purchased the ring I said no the paper work said otherwise they told me were sorry we can't fix it I was heart broken they lied and worked there way out of honoring the warranty so it has been around 5 months since this happened and 4 more small diamonds have fallen out and the big diamond. So I call and they tell me the big diamond would be 180 to replace and 65 for each small diamond. That's more then what I payed for the ring and the warranty together there con artists they took my money and lost me as a customer. I will take my money else where and I will be spending larger amounts at a professional jeweler over these thieves

Great selection and they can custom make and fit something for you if needed. The prices were average, but the service was great!!! Got a little something for my wife!!! :)

Used to be good.    Back in the day, Weisfield @ Northtown was a great place to buy jewelry.   Not anymore.   The staff members we dealt with were rude, arrogant and only in it for the sale.   We bought our rings there with a lifetime warranty.  But when we try to use the warranty, we are second class citizens.    We were going to upgrade our rings for our 15th, but now we will NOT use Weisfield @ Northtown mall.
