My wife purchased me a new belt for Christmas. We went to exchange it for one size up and were told by the sales accociate that it was no longer on sale so we would have to pay the difference. WHAT ??????? It’s the SAME belt and we have a receipt! What kind of store puts stuff on sale for Christmas, then raises the price after Christmas and WONT do and even exchange for the same product? All I have to say is I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! What poor customer service!

Macy's has done a really good job of staying a high retailer while reaching out to the population who can't always afford everything there. They have done the same advertising that Kohl's has by putting out $10 off $25 coupons as well as earning points with $50 shopping visits. This is a smart tactic to get us middle-class people hooked on their amazing brands and spending more than we should 🙂.  Macy's have some of my favorite Brown like Alfani, Michael Kors, Nike, INC, Levis, Anne Klein, lucky, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Nine West. I'm a little bummed that the discount coupons that they send me because I'm a card holder don't work on what they call Last Act which are their clearance items. Neither do their coupons work on some of their bigger brands like Nike and Under Armour. But I guess you can't have everything--where would you put it? Macy's stores are always well-lit and beautifully decorated, especially at Christmas. Walking into one of their stores, especially the one at Fashion Place, is walking into a dream. Macy's is a wonderful upscale place to buy clothing and home-goods!

Jewelry department is the worse. They never answer the phone and when you go in the ignored you. It’s been 23 days since I took a ring to get cleaned and they haven’t call me telling me that is ready. My husband went in person and they told him that they will be calling in a couple along days. A week end by and still don’t know were is my ring or when I will have it back.

All time worse experience ever! My wife wanted to try on a dress...no one helped us for over am hour. Then i wanted to try on or get help with a suit for my father's funeral...ya that was a bigger joke trying to get help. 
Finally when we needed to check out we were waiting for an employee on a personal call for over 30 min.

I bought online from Macy's and this is first time I return items to Macy's, I went to the store without the tag or reciept of Items. The items its new never use , the staff no help and just answer we can't refund without receipts or tag and the ways the look at me like Im a scam. I very embarrassed in front of my husband and two little kids. I go online return by mail. Never want to come back this store and see that people anymore.
