The sales people are great, but I guess that's why they are in sales. The customer service staff was terrible. At least Alecia. When we made our order, she took at least 30 minutes and had someone else basically do it for her because she didn't know how. If you're Training, that's fine. But she just didn't know how. Our couch was scheduled for 10-15 days. It moved to 3-4 weeks. And then 7-8 weeks. We'll see if it ever comes! They were offering to give us a gift card for our next purchase, which is not likely. They finally took $25 off of our purchase but it wasn't really enough to make it worth the struggle. In addition to a several hundred dollar couch, we bought delivery and a warranty. $25 was nothing. I would rather pay more somewhere else and know my stuff is being properly taken care of.

I am so upset, I don't know what to do. Like everyone else writing reviews, my delivery is going over the 4-6 weeks that they give you as a ETA. I too wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing with them. I'm now not only pissed, hell I'm scared of what's to come. Are my items going to be damaged when they come? Are the delivery guys going to put it together? Man I'm spending $2400 on this sectional. I work hard for my money like I'm sure we all do. I think that this is crazy that a company can just set you up like this and obviously has been getting away with this horrible customer service. They know once you pay, they got you. They told me it would be$625 for the restocking fee. Who has $625 to throw away and I'll end up with nothing. My sister went to Value City Furniture and purchased on a Monday and got her delivery on Thursday's(today). Value City has no restocking fee, and you have7days to change your mind after receiving your furniture. Needles to say, I will not be shopping with Overstock Furniture ever again, and will continue to pass the message. I just want to add that it's funny how on this review they only respond to the good comments. Not much to say about the bad. Y'all need to do better. Every bad review I have read people have the same complaints. Come on people, y'all have 2 companies within near city limits. I'm sure you can do better than this.

if they don't have it in stock DO NOT BUY IT!!!! chances are you will wait months to get it or never get it. if they do have it in stock hire your own movers or rent a uhaul yourself to get it. they use a 3rd party delivery service and you get pretty rude/careless delivery people working for min wage so they're not too interested in caring about your stuff. and if they damage anything you will never get COW to resolve any damaged furniture. if you can't do this stuff yourself go to a better store. also dining tables and chairs do not come assembled!!! but if you can do all of that they have pretty good prices and decent furniture.

Everything I've purchased here has been a great bargain! Same product but cheaper than national stores.

This is worst experience I ever had in my life, if there is any negative rating I would have given . I went to Cincinnatioverstock warehouse and ordered the dining table set and they delivered wrong one. When I asked to replace they are asking me 25% cost. When I was asking them they are really careless and not even ready to answer. The total staff is like that. No one is answering. This company cheats the buyers with deliviny defective products or wrong product. I will Never and ever trust this warehouse and its products.
