Don’t explain the return policy. Bought a picture off the wall for 135.00 wasn’t sure if it would work because of the size I told them went to return the next day and now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. They don’t have money at the store to give really they can give me change back. Really disappointed in knowing I just bought a 2000.00 couch. Should have done more review search. Ask guestions on returns since they can’t explain them 👎

Great furniture selection. As important as finding the right furniture is finding the right sales rep. My wife and I had great luck with finding a good rep who helped us find what we were looking for.

I was there on October 6. I came in and there were 2 employees at the desk that did not even acknowledge I came in the store. I then proceeded to walk around the store for 30 minutes before someone finally walked up to me after I, again, walked right in front of the employee at the desk, who for the 2ND time ignored me. Finally, I was approached by an employee and told her that I didn't think anyone was working there today. I told her what I was interested in buying and she told me the item I wanted was a purchase and take cabinet and despite being damaged, it was the only one available. I then inquired about a desk and she told me that they had one coming in that would be available on October 20, but then would not be available for another 10 days????? She said she needed to get a response from her merchandiser first before committing to availability on the cabinets. Extremely poor display of customer service. I suppose had I decided to walk in dressed to the nines someone may have approached me sooner, but who knows...

Mary helped us out with a sofa and chair purhase. She was a great help (and very patient) with the fabric selections.
