I absolutely love this location! They had so many options to choose from and were very helpful. The customer service was fantastic I was able to purchase a bed set and a bench here a few months back and I love it! I have received so many compliments on my merchandise, and recommended this place to many people. I will definitely be back soon for my living area. Thank you Value City!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place sells low quality furniture. Purchased a bedroom set that was over $1000. After a year the set literally is starting to fall apart piece by piece. Management is unwilling to help because they no longer have the set. Please don't waste your money here. There are better places that you can go and get a better deal on higher quality furniture. You can Google "value city customer complaints" and read all about this shady company if you don't want to take my word for it. And to top it all off the customer service is horrendous both at the corporate office and on the store level. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

THEY HAVE A STRICT 7 DAY POLICY TO GET A REFUND ON FURNITURE, AND THEY CHARGE YOU $100 FOR PICK UP FEE. BE SURE TO GET EVERY NAME OF EVERY ONE YOU SPEAK WITH. SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS WELL, BRITTNEY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES AND THE STORE MANAGER MICHEAL IS FISHY TOO ..... WE WILL SEE IF I GET MY REFUND OR IF THEY MAKE UP A BOGUS REASON WHY I CANT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!! THE $200 INSURANCE YOU PAY FOR ON THE FURNITURE COMES WITH A MILLION FINE PRINT SENTENCES..... ASHLEY HAS GREAT FURNITURE MIGHT I ADD

Furniture delivered with scratches everywhere!! Returned all furniture and cancelled a future delivery. Best decision ever. We were able to find better quality/finished furniture at Macys and Ashley furniture.

I go in this store very often and may I add spend thousands of dollars with this company. Today I was very disappointed in the staff, no one and mean no one offered to help my family and myself. At one point we were making our way towards the food when and associated stated have a good evening instead of asking us was there something she can help us find. I was ready to make a big purchase but Unfortunately they will not be getting my money today
