Really good store and selection. They are usually pricey. Only sad part was we did not take delivery and when we took furniture home one piece was damaged. It took about 3 days to get pictures to them online and get decision. Then customer care rep said it will be delivered and we waited on day they mentioned and no one showed up. Then when I called they said it was pickup. When I went to store to pick up they said I have to schedule pick up so come later. So had to make two trips to exchange. I also bought furniture from some other store which I did pickup and we had issue with it their rep came to home to fix it and when he couldn't fix it they delivered new. I expect better service if I pay premium price.

We left empty handed, but it was not the fault of the excellent staff or selection. We are looking for a stylish/comfortable/not outlandishly expensive sectional which after months of looking at all the stores in town and only we realize doesn't exist. Havertys was the closest we got. But if you want funiture with 100+ (no exaggeration) fabric choices, Havertys has it. Other funiture places have 3-8 fabric choices, Havertys had a whole rack. Me and my wife could find 3-6 combinations (couch and pillows) that we really liked (3-6 is really good, we are annoyingly picky about design...we get eye rolls at a lot of places...we're the worst really). The staff patiently walked us through everything and the choice were vast. Really good experience and I felt bad that we didn't find exactly what we wanted...a mythical sectional. Also, the prices here are not bad considering all the options you have.

Havertys features high quality furniture, a dedicated staff and 100 convenient locations around the United States. PERSONAL EXPIRENCE: One month ago, I was in need of new furniture for my bedroom. I decided to shop around but nothing caught my eye, until I stopped by Havertys. I saw a beautiful set called Town Center. Both dressers were made of dark cherry wood and featured antique metal handles. One of the dressers had a giant mirror, which I really liked. Inside one of the dressers, it was very spacious and featured a velvet lining and (2) cedar wood bases, to prevent bugs. Next, I decided to get a sleeper sofa. It folded out into a queen size bed and has a built in memory foam mattress, making it very comfortable to sleep on. I actually decided to get it all wrapped in Capri Italian black leather. It came with to rear support pillows (also in leather). Now, I wasn't expecting to spend alot on three pieces of furniture but that wasn't the case. Here's what I paid: Dresser w/mirror = $1,199 Regular dresser = $795 Sofa w/leather = $3,850 (yeah...) Total = $5,864+ Now that is a CRAZY amount of money but your paying for top of the line stuff that'll last years, even decades. I love my new furniture from Havertys so much! Take care, -KK
