I've had multiple had experienced with this bike shop. First I take it in to get my shifters fixed and they break a week later, I take it back in and an older gentleman (far nicer and knowledgable than the rest) realized upon inspection I had received a temporary fix and was charged full price of $50+. Now they wanted to order new shifters and get it fixed up, great, they estimated no longer than 2 weeks. Almost 6 weeks later and 4 phone calls they tell me it's ready. Since then I've gone in, gotten talked to in poor manner, and never received call backs about items I was interested in, I must say I am fed up. Don't waste your money here, plenty other bike shops that will do it cheaper, faster, and have a more friendly staff.

After many years of disuse, I finally brought my bike in for a tuneup on Monday... even though they were closed, the owner, Dan, saw me and kindly let me drop off my bike. He made my day!!   My husband has used Main Line Cycle for his bike for years already!

This place is great I got my redline from there 20 years ago. Got a flat hopping a curb doing a bunny hop a chomped the curb. Took it right over and they fixed it no problem. Can't find my bike but I loved it. Watch em go!!!

I just picked up a bike that had a major tune up. It seems like they did a great job. They went above and beyond what I'd expected them to do and without charging for it, they even added on parts at cost because I made a mistake when I ordered the parts. It took a few days to get my bike back which I'm not used to but if a shop is busy you know they've got regular customers and regular customers mean quality work. They weren't as conversational as other shops I've been to but I suspect that's because both times I was there it was within 30 minutes of closing time so I can't hold that against them either.

One more regular customer.
