This place has gone downhill in customer service in the past year. I have renewed here for the past 3 years, I won't go back again. Not only did they keep my card for some reason, but the got my birth date wrong doing the paperwork. I thought going here to save money was worth it. Not anymore. Update... I got a phone call from the owner less than 10 minutes after I posted this. I knew this place was for the patients and not just about the money, he offered me a refund. I love the medical marijuana community. Maybe I will try it again next year...

I just renewed my card for the 6th year in a row with AZ Green Life (PHX). Their customer service is outstanding and they know how to take care of their customers. Even if an issue was to come up, they will go above and beyond to resolve it. The Phoenix location is a 43 mile drive for me but due to their excellent service and the way they take care of you, I wouldn't go any where else.

Super bummed about my experience just on the phone. I had heard of this place after i got certified a year ago. I was kinda excited, no joke, to get renewed through this company because i had heard such great things from a few people and my fiance. The conversation and horrible downer short attitude the lady had on the phone was offputting. Then to end an uncomfortable conversation i say "bye & thank you" and she hung up on me without saying anything!! My fiance was planning on going also to get recertifie, we will both be choosing another facility.

I chose this place because it was the closest to me. When making my appointment, they told me they have a coupon that ended up saving me $40!.. which is way cheaper than the other clinics in the area. My appointment was on time, the doctor was knowledgeable, caring and professional. And best of all, the staff was great and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure every patient received top of the line customer service.
